For those who require parking, we can offer a parking space at an additional cost of £35.00 per month. Due to the success regular bi-weekly cleans, the Landlord would like to propose this continues. Please note, the monthly Cleaning Fee of £12.00 will still apply'

The holding deposit will be £135.

Each tenancy will be subject to a £400.00 deposit (payable on commencement of lease).

The rent's come inclusive of all utility bills and all rooms are fully furnished. Student's will still have the option of a 43 week and 51 week agreement.
