2022 - 2023 room rates

As of September, we are also changing our invoicing plan to Monthly payments, rather than Termly. The updated charges for 2023/24 will be:

Each tenancy will be subject to a £250.00 deposit (payable on commencement of lease).

Additional £35.00 PER MONTH charge for allocated parking.

The rent's come inclusive of all utility bills and all rooms are fully furnished. Student's will still have the option of a 43 or 51 week agreement.
